Business Hours
We are a by appointment practice, and it is best if possible to contact us before coming to the practice, even
for small tasks, as we want to give you our full attention.
We are most often open Tuesday to Friday, with additional Saturdays many weeks if prebooked.
We are available by email and to leave a message Mon - Sat
On some days you may find email faster than a phone message
If you can't contact us, and feel you have an eye emergency, please contact 111, a MECS registered triage service or your out of hours GP service for triage. (MECS is the Oxfordshire Minor Eyecare Service)
There is an eye casualty service at The John Radcliffe Hospital with a triage line as below :

There is a minor injuries service at Bicester Hospital however they often refer eye issues onwards, so check before attending.
